Ketentuan masa garansi dari tiap produk berbeda-beda ,
tergantung dari brand dan tipe. |

Ketentuan garansi tiap merk dapat di cek pada link penunjang
dibawah ini. |
|
Ketentuan dalam proses klaim garansi apabila diberikan pilihan
untuk upgrade / pengembalian dana , maka ketentuan dan kebijakan dalam
menetukan harga diputuskan oleh pihak distributor/ service center yang
bersangkutan. |
|
Ketentuan dalam
proses klaim garansi dapat berubah-ubah tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. |
|
Ketentuan dalam pergantian item ditentukan oleh pihak
distributor / service center , dalam hal ini customer tidak dapat memilih
unit pengganti dan untuk unit pengganti tergantung pada ketersediaan stok
pada service center / distributor terkait. |
|
Dalam proses klaim garansi, Enterkomputer hanya berperan
menjadi perantara antara customer dengan distributor / service center agar
proses klaim garansi lebih mudah. |
|
EnterKomputer berhak menolak proses klaim garansi, apabila
didapati : |
|
|
|
1. Di dapati cacat
fisik pada item yang akan di garansikan. |
|
|
|
2. Pembelian item
tidak di toko EnterKomputer |
|
|
|
3. Kerusakan item
diakibatkan pengiriman tanpa di lengkapi dengan video unboxing |
|
|
|
4. Terdapat perbedaan
serial number antara item yang digaransikan dengan data pada sistem
EnterKomputer. |
